Ask Outlets

Got there just to find that they've closed down. There was no note or contact forwarding information anywhere. I used to love going there to check out new gadgets. Sad to see them fade away like many other gadget shops on Tottenham Court Road.

Stock corresponded to website and Very Helpful on telephone. Would trust and go to them first next time...

Great Customer service is why I have given ASK Direct 5 stars.Top notch and would definitely recommend buying from this company to my friends and family. I sent my middle aged mother out with my card to buy a camera for my sisters birthday. Was quite worried as she doesn't have a clue about electronics but I was just too busy. She came back, and to my surprise bought an amazing SLR at a very good price. Quite easily could have robbed her but they didn't. To describe ASK in one word I'd say Trustworthy.

I've bought items twice from there, the first time they gave me a small discount even though it was a floor model, which I had been told had never been used. I spoke to a friend who had been the the store a day earlier and he said that they had demoed the item in front of him. I put it down to a mistake rather than a flat out lie. I then return again (shame on me) this time I buy another item. After seeing and demoing the floor model, I notice a scratch. The guy then tells me that he has to "go to the store room" to get the item for me. I wait downstairs, receive it and pay. When I return home I open the bad, the box is unsealed and the item is recognizably the floor model, scratch and all. Beware these guys are a bunch of liars and I will never be buying from them again. I'm sticking with Amazon. NB. Fairly polarizing previous reviews too, interesting when they are written is 'sales speak'...

I recently gave Ask a very poor review but in fairness once they identified their failure in service as one member of staff their quality of customer care improved no end. I would now state that if poor members of staff are trained to the recent standard I received from Ben then Ask are a good company to deal with. They must believe customers; they must redress faulty goods and they must reimburse complaints in full, no quibbles....which Ben did. On reflection I would now recommend Ask
