Great group of guys. Very patient and understanding, as I'm no good with technology but was getting it fitted anyway. The assistant manager got me an appointment over the weekend as I was leaving on Monday. Johnny and Gary are two wonderful, gracious people. Between them they got and fitted exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend.
going to Halfords in Lisburn is always a surprising joy. In my past 3-4 visits, all staff I engaged were genuinely warm and engaging. This is just not a typical retail experience.Keep up the truly great service!!!
I was in Halfords, Lisburn today getting my bike serviced. I was served by Billy and had to give him a mention. He couldn't have been more helpful. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. A true gentleman, with an extremely kind nature. Thank again to Billy, Jane.

I always use Halford had a few issues with my servicing on my bike but got it all sorted bought a 3 year cycle maintenance plan. Happy enough.
Halfords I'm very disappointed in full service - I attended Lisburn NI store to collect a new bike for my daughter and the service was dreadful! Tried to send me out of shop saying bike was ready having neither straightened handlebars nor lowered seat. Wasn't interested in helping me with queries between purchased bike and an alternative in shop that I preferred. Cannot emphasise enough how poor the service was and it was not because the shop was busy - 4 staff standing around chatting to each other instead of offering assistance! Finally when I left shop with new bike and put it on bike rack again no assistance offered I noticed the warning label on pedals so I can only assume that staff have failed to ensure crank bolt is tightened to manufacturer recommendations. Dreadful altogether. I'd award 0 stars if I could but this review requires at least 1.
In the Lisburn shop, the young lady who replaced my off side bulb was quick, accurate and very pleasant.
Delighted with the service we received headlight was out on my sisters golf and her and my mum went in at 7:50 and the team were more than willing to get them sorted even though it was close to closing time. Thank you!!
Excellent service, the bulb in my car was changed in no time and very cheap. Friendly, courteous staff, would highly recommend.
Had a brake light bulb fitted. Service was prompt and efficient. Would recommend.
