I have no issues with the guy who served me at 08.13am this morning - he was polite and helpful. What i do have an issue with is trying to phone the store to book a fitting service. After ringing a call centre, because you cannot ring the store direct apparently, the agent couldnt get through. Someone was to ring me back. An hour later - nothingnThen i tried booking on line. You detail what you want, then your automated reply asks what to do want!! Eventually a human responds to say i will get a reply within 24 hours. Call this service!!nnThe owner did respond and asked me to provide full details. Unfortunately, the link provided was - not recognised!
Just out of Halfords in Lisburn, I normally replace things myself for cars etc but just new to the van world and had to replace headlights and indicator for van and the two guys that helped us were brilliant. Extremely helpful and took their time to help rarity in the world today ! Thank you so much to Rhys and the other guy working dark hair and glasses I'm so sorry didn't catch your name but thank you

Great experience purchasing a bike in this store. Rhys was so knowledgeable & was able to help me sort accessories that were suitable for the bike I'd purchased & was knowledgeable on Halfords own after sales products, such as the annual service plan. He had the bike loaded into my car before I'd even left the store! Really friendly atmosphere from both Rhys & William. Would highly recommend!
I took my car to the Lisburn Halfords basically to get the tires checked pre-MOT. They were extremely helpful and took me straight away for my 10-point check free with their free Motoring Club membership which included tires, fluids, lights, wipers and such. It makes the free Motoring Club membership even more worthwhile. Thanks guys.
