Fabulous service, first time I've been to have a bulb fitted, all done in about 20 mins from going into the store to leaving the car park, and loads cheaper than I'd have to pay my local garage....AND here's one for the girls... it was done by a lovely young woman, I wouldn't know where to start! I'm well impressed.

My father bought my granddaughter a bike last Saturday at 5.15pm. Unfortunately they couldn't put it together as there were no staff available. I went to collect it last night (Monday) and was told i had to go upstairs for help. Finally greeted with a real miserable man after waiting around for 5 minutes to an empty desk. Explained i was collecting bike and passed him my receipt. Grumpy response 'which one'.?? Finally bought bike out and had to have lengthy unnecessary discussion regarding whether to unlock the steering. His whole demeanour was that everything was too much trouble. He almost ran me over with the bike whilst reversing it. There was no 'excuse me'. When i asked if someone could help to put it in the car he radioed downstairs and nobody acknowledged him. He then called again and muttered under his breath. Looking over the balcony were 3 members of staff chatting and totalling ignoring him. (Perhaps there is a reason for this though???). Bear in mind this guy was really big and the bike was small he huffed and puffed at the thought of carrying it down the stairs for me and then asked someone else to take it outside as there were customers upstairs and he couldn't take it. (I didn't see any other customers though). He then put the bike down and walked off. No thank you's or nice doing business with you. Completely ignored me. If I had of been paying the bike myself that night i would have told him where to stick it and taken my money elsewhere. There just seems to be no courtesy these days. Perhaps train your staff to at least smile and ask if they can help you may be a start. I often visit the Walsall branch and they are always pleasant and helpful!!

Good store. Anthony (the ginger lad with the beard) did a good job fitting my window wipers. Friendly lad.

Came here to have blub fitted told me they can’t do it and have to go to there auto center. Took it to the garage I use normally and they did it while I wait!

Good place to get your bikes helmets and all that accessories just gone and brought a bike from there. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is also a lift for wheelchair access.
