I appreciate the wide aisles and that no one bothered me while I was browsing. I greatly appreciate that it was quiet in the store. The cameras were easy to view in brand order. The laptop labels were well detailed and prominent price labels on every product

Welcoming team, I needed some info on printers and how much they cost to run (ink). Very knowledgeable and no pressure to try to make me buy on the day. Will definitely go back to purchase.

Absolutely disgusted. I will try and shorten my lengthy ordeal. Purchased a Fridge Freezer on Sunday 30th July, arranged delivery for Wednesday 2nd August, booked the day off work and was told I would receive a text message the night before the delivery date with my four hour time slot. The text message did not come the night before but eventually arrived at 7:10am the same day as delivery stating a four hour slot of 8:35am - 12:35pm. At 10:40am I receive a voicemail from Nick the delivery driver telling me he wont be able to deliver my item today because he doesn't have it and if this causes me any inconvenience I should call the customer helpline or go into the store and speak to the Manager. So straight away I went into the store. In store I had to witness the Manager's flimsy attempt at finding out why the delivery department hadn't taken my Fridge Freezer. I made it very clear that I had booked a day off for my delivery and I would not accept it being delivered any other day. I was told by John, the Manager, after a lengthy conversation with the delivery department that I would have to wait up to half an hour for them to call him back to find out if the delivery department could "redeliver" my item as "they don't normally do extra deliveries and they would be doing John a favour" I was then left stood in the middle of the shop crying with anger, not once offered a drink or a seat or anything to calm me. Eventually he told me that my item would be redelivered and would be at my house at approximately 2pm. John confirmed this by writing it on my receipt and told me that he would call me when the delivery drivers left with my item and so I went home. At 2:45pm I received a call from John to tell me that the delivery drivers had come back to the store but had arrived in a vehicle too small to load my Fridge Freezer and that he had sent them away but was hopeful my item would still be with me that same day. I once again, was in an absolute state. My partner then left work and went straight into store and collected the item himself, resulting in loss of pay. I then went into store for the second time that day to be told that I could not be offered any compensation in store apart from a refund of £20 because I had paid for the "recycle service" by which the delivery driver takes away the old appliance. So yes, now I also have another fridge sat right in the middle of my kitchen that I will have to dispose of myself! Yesterday I emailed the customer services email address that I was provided with in store when Tara (the Sales Manager on shift after John left at 3pm) told me that this is how my complaint should be dealt with, but we're 24 hours on and yep you guessed it - NO RESPONSE, not even an acknowledgement that my complaint had been received and was being dealt with. So I think it's time to take to social media! I am utterly disgusted in every aspect of my experience.

Always had everything I've wanted that is on website staccato excellent product knowledge for all tech if I've been on website up till 1am not in store it's always for click and collect first thing morning all flash products normally in stock anyway and do have to return product it's refunded no trouble brilliant customer service 10/10
