Had a new brake light bulb fitted. But today to my annoyance discovered the screws which hold the light cluster in place were missing. Fortunately my son had some spare screws in his garage. But said I was lucky the fitting didn't fall off !! I will be calling in to make a complaint and ask for the fitting cost to be refunded.

When you eventually get served that are generally pretty good, but there is never ever enough staff on especially Saturdays and Sundays so it takes awhile to get served. This time they broke the cap getting my sidelight bulb out, to be fair it was very tight.

Stood in the que for about 10 minutes, guy infront had ordered online to collect, they didn't have it out ready so the woman shot off to collect his item leaving me and a few more people stood twiddling our thumbs, rather than asking for assistance to serve us. A guy walking round the store was very helpful though!

Reserved a car stereo, got confirmation email and set off to collect we drove 25 miles to the Rotherham store from alfreton in Derbyshire got there to be told after waiting 5 mins "sorry we don't have it" got told they'd do me a different one which was more expensive for similar price is as due to pay anyway to then wait a further 10 mins to then get told the same excuse of "sorry we don't have it" but we can reserve the more expensive one at another store 20 mins away for another day (the day i need to go to great yarmouth so not possible for me to go back) however they weren't going to lower the price for me like originally stated so they expected me to go back to Derbyshire then wait till the following day to travel all way to crystal peaks shopping centre which is about 30 odd mile from me and to pay 20.00 more than i originally expected, absolutely shocking service, will never make the same mistake of going here again!
