Just want to say a huge thank you to the lady who changed my brake lights today - I think her name was Kerry but I could be wrong!! She really went over and above to help me when the situation looked quite impossible and managed to get them  working. Excellent service!!

very positive customer experiences at Rotherham retail store,  visited 3/4 times in past.  I received excellent customer service, good advice from knowledgeable and helpful staff and the cherry on the top was extremely competitive prices. I bought a replacement glass wing mirror for half what it costs at bullseye motor.nBecause of this I signed up to Halfords motoring club in store I got a free 10 points car health check too

Flat battery this morning.Checked Halfords website, correct battery in stock booked a fitting slot for 2 hours later same day. I anrrived at halfords,they were all ready and waiting, completed under 30 mins. Fantastic!n1st class service from all the staff in the store.

A member of staff met me as I entered the shop as I enquired about fitting a side light. He did it straight away and completed the job in 5 minutes. Excellent service.
