Just bought a washing machine and free delivery staff are very friendly and helpful

Sent my Washer to have a new bearing fitted, when this returned it was leaking. They collected the washer again only to say there was no leak. 
After doing another test with the washer at home it was still leaking and we could not put it in the kitchen as if the floor became wet it would lift.
After calling them again they want to collect my washer but when I'm at work and want me to take more time off to sort this and this will leave me without a washer again. They will not work round me when it is them that have caused the leak. Now we have decided after wasting £120 to get the bearing fixed, we will have  to just buy another washer as we can not trust their workmanship and that they will even fix the leak. I am totally disgusted!!!

Absaloute cowboys charge you more for looking at a fault than the actual repair haven't got a clue on what they doing complete armatures wast of time keep away from these cowboys
