Usually I swear by this place and have always spread the word about this shop whilst on the road. But I've just turned up today at 20 past 4 after rushing round preparing to go on tour tomorrow for all the guys to be outside getting in their cars. I asked if they was still open to which I didn't even get looked in the eye whilst the guy who works there walked straight past me and mumbled "meh 4:20" even though it states on here open till half 4... I wouldn't have minded but after I've drove from the other side of Sheffield to give you my custom. I didn't even get an apology or a look in the face to say sorry they'll get that looked at. I was made to feel the bother and look the idiot. Great work Rockem music!

Took a long time to refund my money for a pedal bought on line although I returned it within a couple of days of receipt and spoke to Jack on the telephone telling him that it was NOT a volume AND tone pedal JUST a volume pedal as the tone facility had been disabled. He also agreed to pay my return postage to which I believe I was due under consumer legislation as the pedal was not as described on the web site. But whilst the cost of the pedal has been refunded, eventually, the postage has not. Under no circumstances would I deal with this firm again.

Very helpful and friendly service by the people who work there. It's always nice when people take the time to talk to you (the customer). Lots of drum kits for sale as well as cymbals and other drumming accessories. Will certainly be visiting again.
