First class service, I took a pair of curtains in to be lengthened. They were excellent, I was thoroughly pleased with them, and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you Chain Stitch.

A massive thank you to lesa at chainstitch for making my wedding the most enjoyable day ever ...my dress was altered to perfection. ..my bridesmaids dresses were altered perfectly...absolutely brilliant. .I highly recommend this shop ....

After reading great reviews for this shop I thought it was the best place in the area to take my wedding dress to be altered. Oh how wrong i was! There was a tiny curtain I had to get changed behind in the middle of the shop and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. Whilst i was standing there in my dress 2 men came in to be served while i had to wait there - one of them even had dogs which were allowed to come into the shop and almost destroyed my dress. The woman pinned my dress and said it would be ready in 3 weeks. I went back 3 weeks later and not only was my dress not done, but the woman couldn't even find it - she had to flap around running up and down the stairs for more than 5 minutes. The woman was not even sorry that she had simply 'not got round to it yet' and it was 'the next thing on her list'. No good when i am getting married in 5 weeks time!! I have also herd other horror stories from brides who have had their dresses altered badly by this shop!
