Purchased solaman trainers and over charged, took them straight back and informed computer error kept waiting 20 mins for refund walked out to realise they had again short changed me. Took the back and asked for a refund and assistants sat on the floor whispering at this stage I asked them to speed up. It needs to be authorised by manager, great can I see the manager ok. Assistant comes back and refunds total, no Manager, no apology. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT! NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL HAVE TO CHECK THE MONEY COMES BACK ! Merry Hill Shop **************** JUST CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AFTER 10 DAYS AND SEE THAT THE REFUND WAS £0.05 BELOW WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SO IN REALITY I PAID 5p FOR THE PLEASURE OF BEING MESSED AROUND. I NOTE THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE SHOP TO THE COMMENTS. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T CARE & CANT BE TRUSTED. Happy shopping :)

Bought a pair of boots for my daughter from sports direct, as she wasn't with me asked the lady at the till could I bring them back. yes of course I was told. Took them back 2 days later as they not of great quality my daughter wouldn't even try them on. I was told exchange only, I queried why I had been told different, the manager said my staff sign to say they know what they are doing. I'm not giving you a refund. He treated me like dirt, when I asked what the law said is the sale of goods act he replied I don't care this is my policy. I had no choice but to accept a credit note, he then gave me the boots back, and the receipt pointed upstairs and go and get your credit note. To this I exploded and said NO Why don't you go and get the credit note, don't talk down to me, do you treat all customers this way. He got a member of staff to do the credit note, said the credit note was for 14 months, again he's lied the credit note is 6 months. Worst service ever received in a long time. This supposed manager was so rude, doesn't care that his staff give wrong advice, then he does the same. Sports direct get your act together, you are a large company that treat customers like dirt!!!!!!!! You must take real pride in your job, when you speak down to them, shame when I raised my voice you jumped a foot! If you speak to customers like dirt they will answer you back like dirt. Train your staff to be polite sports direct, and have some manners. Not all customers are dirt!

The staff in Sports Direct (not all but most) are just awful. On the plus side it's always good value.
