The staff at Halfords are absolutely brilliant. The knowledge they have across all products is outstanding. All staff are polite, personable and very informative. 
With regards to the store itself, they have a huge range of products including a separate floor for the Bike Hut area. This is great because you are able to focus on just the bike products should you want to. The store is almost always fully stocked and each area is clearly laid out.

The people in this store are so helpful. The bike repair/servicing department went above and beyond for me, I felt awful that I didn't buy anything but I will definitely be back the next time I need help with my bike. Thank you

I have spent a lot of money around many places this year and I don’t normally review but today in Halford Redhill this young man Carl and his fellow staff went out of their way to show me great customer service. Carl went above and beyond to give me the best customer service Iv received in a long time, I was so impressed I want to thank Carl and his team. All the best to you guys. Danny
