Great service. Friendly staff. I went in last Thursday about 7pm with what I thought was a side bulb needing replacing. Turned out it was the headlight bulb but it was picked, paid for and fitted within about 15 minutes.

I placed an order for adult bike and child bike for me and my son on 06th Apr 2018 and I got a bill with delivery date promised that it will be ready on 10th Apr as they have stock already in local store. I did double checked with them to confirm whether it can be delivered on 10th Apr, they confirmed yes and finally when I called on 10th Apr evening at 16:00 hrs they said they don’t have it in stock. It was a birthday gift for my son. It was not a great day for him and I promised him I will get a bike for him this year. 
At least for courtesy I didn’t receive any call from them to update me on the status of order. When I called COP 10th Apr they just said usual sorry and said we were thinking one of my colleague would have called you. I was very upset and felt so guilty to see my son without bike when I went back home. 

Worst experience on this order. Happy to share the details if needed further info.
