Terrible, lots of staff not wanting to serve customer, We went looking for a member of staff who was not doing anything, when we asked him if he could help he shouted down to another member of staff and ask him if he could help this member states he is busy, he then asked another member of staff if he was free, by this time I was ready to walk out!! This member of staff said he was not free but came up to us moaning , I am disgusted with the way we were treated and will not be back, I am surprised if you sell much from this branch as all the staff are to busy doing nothing to help customers

Very rude staff went in at 6.30pm at which point I thought the store closed at 8pm looked around found what I was looking for but was too high for me to get it so asked for assistance from a member of staff to be rudely told she doesn't do the footwear she does the til someone else will need to help then the person who is doing footwear was also rude & acted like we were an inconvenience to her then when I requested a pair of trainers was told I'd be lucky if the till was still on as they closed at 7pm! Do not go near the place if they are due to close customer service is awful

I love this store !i get a lot of my clothes here from workwear to walking boots ,socks etcgreat value for your cash .

Checked online to see when shop was open till says shop is open till 2000 arrive at 1930 shop is a locked up what use is this to anyone please update the times on the Internet to the actual times you are open so there are no more disgruntled customers.
