Very disappointed with service after turning up for a 9am  Saturday appointment to have new speakers fitted only to be told no record of my appointment.  Particularly frustrating as they had called me to arrange the appointment 9 days before after having to order in additional parts.  I was asked if I received a text message or email of confirmation of the appointment, which I had not, but how was I suppose to know I would receive one?  Was offered an appointment for a weekday evening or a week's time but with working away and being home for Christmas this was not convenient.  I had tried to get the appointment with them  before Christmas as the speakers were a present but understand they were booked out so earliest opportunity to  suit was 30th December.  The day didn't get off to a good start when at 9 am 2 other customers and myself were stood outside the store waiting for it to open and one of the other customers advising me they too had a 9 am appointment.  For anybody reading this I advise you to make sure you get confirmation in writing of your appointment if you choose Halfords to carry out any work on your car otherwise you also run the risk of being let down and probably best to use a proper garage.

I was asked to attended and interview at 15:00 on Friday 9march 2018 by telephone call. At 15:20 I had a phone call saying the position had been filled. You should not arrange an interview in the first place if there is not a job going. So glad I didn’t work for you as you seem to run your company in the most shabby way possible. You have just lost a customer and I will be telling everyone I can about your company

Great staff there got what I was looking for and the loads of cars camping and bike stuff there deffo would go there more.

Really friendly staff. Went in to get some advice on maintaining my gear set with my road bike and they showed me everything I need to know and now the gear set works amazing.
