Good range of products and always helpful staff. The store is quite overfacing when first entering, there is so much going on to distract you from your shopping mission - hi-viz, gizmos of all shapes and lots of shiny things. Luckily the staff are usually well trained to get you back on track to find the fuse you went in for!

not a good experience in the store,bought a headlight bulb,on the 20/10/17,asked for advice on removal,and was left to struggle for 30 mins in the dark,so i bought a torch from tesco(more helpful by far.) then after fitting said lightbulb and paying,i left my expensive magnetic led torch on the counter.the shop had just closed as i left,but to my surprise it is nowhere to be found today.(I DID NOT KNOW THAT SSID TORCH ALSO HAD A WALKING FEATURE.!!!)
