What a fantastic helpful experience I had here. I wanted to find some shoes to help support my aging knees whilst I exercise and Steph took so much time and trouble to assist me, knowledgeably describing what the docent does could offer and patiently letting me try many different ones to get the right pair. I'm delighted with the result, thank you!
My experience so far of your company is a very bad one. I have been back with my parcel to your store in barrow twice as you sent the wrong size shorts with my grandson foot ball kit. It was for his birthday today and now I have him in tears . The assistant said that she could not authorise a replacement yet she was wearing the duty manager badge! Surely good customer service would be to help.

Got my 2 football shirts to take home to Thailand as family gifts at Barrow store. The service was excellent and the manager, Simon, was particularly helpful and friendly.

Nicely spaced out shop. Not at all like town centre shops where everything is stacked from floor to ceiling and no room to move
