Top love music venue and pub. Long live this venue and venues like it! Busy but good fast service. :Service: 5/5
Great , historical venue. We went specifically to see ‘Al or the Nothing’ The Small Faces story. Brilliant show , seen several ties. Food and drink are great , plenty of choice. We didn’t eat this time. Drink prices are high. £50 for 5 drinks , one of which was a coke. Worth a visit , just be aware of what you’re spending..Food: 4/5
Putney's live music pub. The likes of Kate Bush and The Rolling Stones have graced the stage her over the years. There's a gig on most nights.Food: 4/5
I've been to this pub 21 years ago...came here again cos of the live music...paid £2,5 and you don't provide a seat...wish you advertised that - who in their right minds will spend time and buy food and drink standing? Absolute con and I feel that a memory of 21 years has also been tarnished. Sadly it appears about getting as many humans into the venue as possible - money! Never sustainable as people will start staying away from a truly great spot if they feel devalued - Alrick Sangster from Cape Town South Africa.
Great room at the pub for small gigs. The food was not great but the rest was perfect and the band were great Pat McManus.Food: 2/5
Good Putney pub. 3 cask beers on handpump when I visited. Decent sized garden to the rear some of it covered. The pub is a famous live music venue and has been hosting gigs every day since the 1960s. Gigs are in a separate back room well soundproofed from the bar. Surprisingly quiet before the Spurs game at Craven Cottage.
Great pub in Putney! The drinks and the staff were great. The burger was expensive but it was very good. Limited menu btw. I went to a gig here and it was a lovely venue to hear live music at! Very clean bathrooms which is important to me as well. Would definitely come back here for a gig again especially because some good acts are coming this summer it looks like
Excellent pub with great live music. Food service has undergone a great overhaul in last year. Staff is super helpful and was very accommodating to last minute family birthday event with children, unlike some other local pubs when we requested similar setup. Definitely recommend for families on the weekend, but come without kids if seeing a live show. Kid-friendliness: Good for kids at the weekend. Don’t bring kids to live shows Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible toilet and ramp into the pub from the side entrance.
Amazing staff. Incredible venue. And what an amazing chance to see live bands!!Food: 5/5
Good Lebanese restaurant down the road. Sound was good. Music great. Beer good.
