Amazing Greek food! If you're looking for a Greek restaurant, you should definitely come here. Me and my family have been coming here for years and it never disappoints The food is all absolutely delicious, especially the hallumi, which is a favorite of mine. All the staff are nice and helpful. The interior is so cute and homey. Definitely recommend!
Really great. Friendly staff, fresh and tasty veg starters. But by far the lamb was the most amazing. Slow roasted, tender, fresh. This place is now on my must visit list for every trip to London!
I really don’t know what to say. I’m shocked how much 5* reviews this place has. Went here Friday, group of 5. 3 of us from the uk and other 2 friends from The Middle East. The 2 friends from abroad loved it and we thought the food had no taste/flavour whatsoever. From what I have experienced from Middle Eastern food is that it’s generally quite bland hence why most reviews are from the middle eastern visitors. They all love it. If you love flavoursome food, this is not the the place for you. Starters of bread and hummus were good. Salad was also good. Food was fresh. Mains were fresh and tasteless unfortunately. Lamb shank was really soft. There were pictures of famous people on the walls including the previous Saudi Arabian King, I’m just wondering if people are just saying it’s nice based on the psychological effects of thinking the food is good enough for royalty. Anyway, sorry but never again.
Very welcoming staff. The appetizers were perfect, they can improve the Hummus by adding some Tahini and softer texture. The main course was Lamb shoulders, soft and clean but no flavor.
ordered two grilled scallops, two shrimps and musaka. the taste of every dish was flawless, from bread to desserts. meats on the grill over the kitchen also looked nice. but minus one star because one of the staff members was quite snappy when taking orders.
Amazing restaurant! It became a checkpoint every time I come to visit London. Welcoming staff, traditional ambiance, tasty food, fresh vegetables and very cozy. I would recommend the klefticon, it’s a pure delicacy. The Greek salad is very good too, their cucumbers taste so good! Sweet and crunchy at the same time. The best part of the experience is the lukum that comes with the bill. Just perfect.
A better Greek restaurant I haven't been in! Last time for me was back in 2001 and it's as good as ever. So good to see these old classics endure.
The restaurant has a very cosy and homey vibe. Offers a wide choice of Greek dishes, all yummy. I tested the Moussaka which was very delicious. The servers were all welcoming and joking with the customers which adds to the ambiance. Would recommend for sure
Found this restaurant by chance by googling restaurants near me and from the outside view you wouldn't know what to think but once you step through the doors you are greeted by a very busy family restaurant vibe. Customers talking to customers because the tables are closed together and set up in family style. Even appeared that that YiaYia was helping fold napkins for the dinner rush. I sat down and immediately was served some grilled pita and olives. I was recommended to order the lamb roast. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was. Just enough jus around the meat and so soft and tender. I asked for veggies instead of potato and ordered a side greek salad. The homemade dressing was amazing and all the vegetables were fresh and tasty with loads of feta cheese. I couldn't help but order dessert and had the baklava and mint tea. They served me some Turkish delights on the house. The mint tea was real mint leaves. I wish this wasn't my last day or I would be back to try the kabobs and other wonderful dishes on the menu. Well done.
Delicious authentic greek restaurant; we ordered the milk fed lamp leg and greek salad! Reasonable price for the quality and quantity ++ King Salman visited the restaurant more then one time
