This salon is a true gem on the south coast hair salon scene. I have been a client of Hair Ott in Cosham for few years and cannot recommend it high enough. The salon owner Otto and his wife Barbara made me feel very welcome everytime I visited the salon. Their customer service was excellent in every way. I went to hair Ott as I wasn’t happy with my previous salon who basically burned my hair with bleach. Sarah was the stylist I used to go and see and she was absolutely amazing, a lovely person and excellent and very experienced hair stylist. She managed my hair transformation from the bleach blonde to more natural, healthy and strong but still light and lovely long blonde hair. I had to relocate to Nottinghamshire few months before Covid and I haven’t been able to find a salon which would match the excellent work of Hair Ott.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Came today for a consultation. The lady took me to a seat. The salon was full packed with women and men. I am a Muslim girl wearing a hijab so I asked if there was a private space to take off my hijab. She replied there is none and didn't look interested by my requested at all. So I left. Such a shame coming from a big name like Hair Ott. Perhaps trying to cater for all faiths will get you more praise and customers. Very disappointing!

My appointment with Megan was lovely - she was really helpful and answered my many questions about different products. Last year I came to Hair Ott for bridal hair and they were all so welcoming and did an incredible job. I always leave Hair Ott absolutely thrilled with any treatment I've had. Sam, my designer, listens and makes suggestions which are always spot on. The head massages are amazing!
