Shannon will ruin your hair completely. She pretends she knows what she's doing but she does not. Will never attend again

Have been there before and got my hair done by Mike, it was good. But second time i went Mike wasn't available so Shannon cut my hair for me. I specifically told her to blend in the sides and back using grade 2 to 1, little did i know she got the whole of my back shaved and now i look like a troubled teen... I just found out she was sacked by her previous salon and ended up in crew. Never stepping my foot again until Shannon leaves... AVOID SHANNON

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Jess worked miracles from helping to cut my Little Princess Trust hair donation to my complete restyle. Would definitely recommend Crew.

Thought I'd treat my fiancee to a hair cut for her 40th a man calked "keith" who works in the salon suggested she try the crew. Keith wasn't available so she had her hair cut by a girl called Shannon. Even though she was very friendly she ruined my girls hair. It was uneven and she thinned it out to much she wanted a trim and ended up having 5 inches off her hair. The next day we went to a nearby salon called "your hairdressers" in the cascades to correct it. Only to be told that Shannon used to work there and was sacked from her job for producing appauling haircuts they even showed us photos. Can't understand why a salon with the crewsame reputation would hire a hairdresser like that. It was ghastly. Certainly won't be going back.
