Took my 5 year old girl for a cut. Showed the hairdresser a photo of my girl with a cut I would like her to do. As I run out to get money I was not aware that the hairdresser did not even wet my daughters hair and because she had a plaites all day she had a wavy hair. The hairdresser just choped the bits off, I asked to do a big full fringe as on the photo but she just made it all worse. Could not believe how uneven the cut was, bits everywhere... Got my own sissors and tried to fix a dissaster. I have never complined before so walked out in shock. Will be emailing a photos of the so called professional cut to the owner of this place.

Both daughter and I go for regular hair colour - they know what they are doing and have sorted out many messes..
