I found Rosanna from internet search and went straight to her. She was very welcoming and actively listened to what I wanted and gave her best advice. I have long hair and needed some change in colour. Rosanna was very helpful in advising about the colours and the ones she used look fantastic! I am in love with the outcome. Rosanna is very experienced and is brilliant at her job! I highly recommend Rosanna.

My experience with Hair by Rosanna was not so brilliant. i felt whole treatment pretty Rushed and done rather quickly, Had to call another lady who has done a much better job. Honestly don't waste you money! pricey not so cheap; i wasted my money and had to go elsewhere !

Absolutely waste of money :( washed my hair in 30 secs not washed or cleansed properly at all, my hair dye was still on my scalp and inside my ears!! Does things so fast like in a hurry ,charged me a lot of cash, will i go again? never! I have been to many salons before and they massage scalp whilst washing leave the shampoo to work for a minute at least, My friend who also had her hair cut said she couldnt believe with so many years of experience the hair cut was done in literally 1 minute and not good at all!!

Finding Rosanna is like finding a needle in a haystack. I've never once been dissatisfied with my cuts and colours, and today, she managed to coerce my 5 year old curly tot to have her first ever hair cut. I'm super impressed with the end result (I was feeling a little nervous about my daughter losing her curls!!), and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her! Whats more, she offers a whole heap of treatments and nails, so I'd highly encourage anyone to block a decent chunk of time out of their diaries for a pamper!

I started coming to Rosanna to do my extensions and cut and colour since moving to Worcester nearly a year ago. She is a very experienced and diligent hair professional. I am very picky about my hair and I am always pleased with the results. Would (and have) recommended Hair by Rosanna always. Quality hair extensions and love the colour! So professional!
