Very upset with the experience with regards to not getting the hair cut and colour I asked for The hairdresser could not use the hair dryer told me that she was drying the water off just with her hand. .... I went to Diva because I had been very happy with Hanna!!! Who had loads of experience and was told that Hanna was booked up !! I was told that Stephanie was a stylists and lots of experience I did not let her finish because I was so unhappy . My hair was in good condition when I sat in the chair. The cut was not what I wanted the colour now has more grey( even the male stylist stated the it was a lot more grey than when I came in ) the statement was that she had no one complain before she said she was very good at marketing ...... I was having my hair dryed with the other end of the hair dryer (where the vent is) and I was so upset that I kept pulling my head away due to burning my head . I was given the opportunity to have more hair cut off but by this time I had no convedence in the hair dresser . On the flyer it states that cut and blow !!!!!! But knowing how to cut hair would be an advantage ..I have had my hair sorted out now by another hair dresser and they where mortified on the cut etc one side was shorter than the other side. A very up happy customer....

Diva is a great salon, always receive a very warm welcome and a lovely experience, Stephanie is fantastic hairdresser, thank you ☺
