Awful experience, booked in for appointment but when I arrived the stylist was overbooked so ended up with rushed service, no consultation, was charged for a conditioning treatment I did want (they suggested it to give the stylist more time), a very basic cut (literally a few centimetres off straight across - I'd asked for a restyle), and no blow dry - I was told my hair would look better if it dried naturally!!! But still charged full price! Complained to the owner who was rude and unhelpful - avoid at all costs!!
