I have been a customer here for several years and have always enjoyed a warm, friendly service. Hair Associates offer a great range of hair treatments for all ages, male or female, for a fair price. The salon has simple but elegant decor and is very clean. The stylists are friendly, chatty and welcoming. Abi, who does my hair, is an absolute gem! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hair Associates - give them a go and become a regular!
Sarah's been my hairdresser for almost 30 years and I've never had less than excellent service. No matter what it is you want, there'll be someone in the team who can deliver it. The salon is scrupulously clean and the welcome is always warm and friendly, right down to the lasses who shampoo and make the tea! I always look forward to my visits to Hair Associates.
I've been going to Hair Associates for about 15 years now - they're brilliant - I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Margi is a fantastic hairdresser - she colours my hair every 6-8 weeks and I have a cut every other time I go. I trust her implicitly with my hair - she's always up to date with new colours/techniques and often suggests things she thinks will suit me she's ALWAYS right.
I just got my 3 year old daughters' hair cuts by Roxanne at HA. It was a cut from long hair, since birth with few trims, into a bob, and I can't praise her skill and patience enough. She cut my daughter's hair to the same standard as an adult. Everyone, has commented on the amazing cut and of course my daughter is very cute, well graded, excellent fringe, fantastic job. I would unreservedly recommend Roxanne for kids and adults alike. Thank you.
Post lockdown cut and colour with Sarah. Sarah and the team have done an amazing job getting the salon ready for opening. The salon was very clean and all covid measures in place. I felt very safe and was so excited and a little emotional to be back in the hairdresser chair to get the greys covered after 4 months!PositivePunctuality, Cleanliness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Sarah is fabulous. She is not only great at cutting hair but also toddler taming. My 4 year old won’t let anyone else near his hair and the whole family can’t wait for Hair Associates to open again.
Cut and colour after lockdown, couldn’t be more pleased. John has done an amazing job getting rid of all the bulk and covering all the grey. The salon is well organised, each station being sanitised after each client with empty chairs between clients. Felt completely safe and am looking forward to my next visit. Great job from all the team in our new ‘normal’.
I was getting my hair coloured for the first time and I wanted a memorable experience. However, when I went in I simply told the woman that I wanted my hair done blonde. She was really rude and responded with "No I can't do your hair blonde" which it ironic because that's how it ended up. I spent a good ten minutes looking at alternatives, all in which she rejected. The one star is for the colour actually coming on but even that's faded. Absolute rubbish would recommend going to Kirens next door as the staff there are wonderful.
Have been going for years..ignore negative reviews..they are friendly, talented, reasonably priced! Love you, Sarah! P.S. Lucky enough to return last Saturday and felt completely COVID safe. Wore a face mask, Sarah and staff in visors and everything being cleaned constantly..half the number of clients obviously.
Above and beyond Marg came in early to fit me in. That’s customer service and I’m so happy with my color and cut 5* girl brilliant
