Best in Leeds, hands down. Inches have looked after me and my friends since we were in high school. 9 years later and they have never disappointed us. Natalie & Michelle  Absolutely amazing and clean environment & professional!!! I have never had such clean result and someone so good and passionate about waxing .. they advise what to use aswell cream wise and give you the most amazing results!!  I’ve been coming now for over 1 year and a few months and never will I go to anyone else to wax!!! Apart from INCHES!

Michelle is amazing. Waxes thoroughly and professionally. As a male I don't want to look over-groomed but Michelle finds the right balance and I pay a fair and ethical price So many salons are over-priced and rip you off but not this one. I reccomend this place, no complaints.

I normally don't write reviews nor complain but this salon has disappointed me. I've been coming to this salon for almost a year and had great results with Natalie. However, i had one wax appointment where skin was coming off and it was red and stingy. I did tell them about it on my next appointment but they said it was skin lifting and I took their word for it. For my next appointment I had my underarm appointment wax thinking it will be fine, like how it normally is, but this time i went home and my armpits were burnt. They were red, swollen and I also had blisters. I could not put my arms down, could not shower and i could not sleep because it was that painful. With this pain i had to message them, hoping that they would be sorry but instead they were rude and basically blamed it on me when i did nothing but apply savlon and when i replied back, they didn't responded. Unacceptable and rude service from them! I had to postpone my trip to Scotland because of the pain.

I have been a customer of inches for many years! The atmosphere is so welcoming & the service so professional. Michelle and Natalie are a great team who put your needs first. I’m so happy with how personal the service is and how looked after they make me feel. 5 star treatments...5 star staff. Thoroughly recommend it

I got my waxing done with Michelle and her staff for a few years now and they never seem to fail me. No pain. Same result every time. 10/10 service always. Always happy to work around my schedule. Would never go anywhere else And not only does a great job but Michelle is very lovely soft spoken kind hearted lady and general always asks how I am.

After using many different salons in the past Inches has to be at the top of my list of places I would recommend for a good wax. Michelle is very attentive to detail; yet so gentle and such a pleasant, honest lady. All the staff here are friendly, professional and accommodating. The salon itself is beautiful, fresh and clean. Thank you ladies for your fab service

Been going to Inches for years using Anna & Michelle. Both ladies are amazing and the new salon is beautiful. Michelle, Anna and Natalie are all polite and make you feel welcome, these ladies will go above and beyond. Great FREE parking facilities too.
