The first time with a new salon for quite a while so I was nervous. Kerstin was fabulous. We had an in depth discussion about what I wanted before she started and then she checked in with me throughout the during the cut to make sure she was doing what I wanted. Very happy with the result. Requested style: Short pixie cut

I had my first experience at MOD today with Helena, who had quite a task to sort my hair out. The consultation process was really great, easy to book etc. Originally I wanted to keep my long scraggy mop. After the consult, i decided my hair needed a drastic chop. Helena gave me a 2nd consultation over the phone to discuss my change of direction on length. Helena managed my expectations which is really important and sometimes difficult i think and made sure the length change was what i wanted. Helena was really lovely, very professional and has given me a lovely new hair do that is shorter and looks way more healthy. She's given me some good advice on post hair care and colour advice as I'm also going grey so that's much appreciated! Next visit booked. All the staff are really friendly and there is a nice atmosphere in the salon. I hate going to the hairdressers usually, I never get what I actually want, but this was genuinely a lovely experience ! Highly recommend MOD and Helena :.
Rosie was lovely. I was going for a bold cut for me bob with bangs. She discussed what I was hoping to get and explained what she was doing throughout. This kept me at ease. Lovely end result. Rosie was a fantastic hair stylist and incredibly knowledgeable! I was nervous going to a new hairdresser but Rosie did a great job and I’m really happy with how my hair turned out. Incredibly understanding about my past hair issues and really patient with helping fix the mess my hair was in. Also just amazingly skilled at bleaching and dying my hair despite the multiple tones it hand to begin with and the long roots and the extreme length and thickness of my hair. My resulting hair was far more perfect than I expected and I'm really happy with it.
Fantastic experience thank you so much I wanted a little change and some self care and Rosie was incredible. She took time, listened to what I wanted to achieve, was encouraging and then gave me a haircut that I felt so good about.
