Go to the bmx track with kids and or as an adult. And have a pic nic and some rides around the track. And have a good day out when everyone is happy and has fun.
Lovely park, well managed and a nice walk around the wooded area& perimeter. Just a shame about the wannabe rude bois making one side of it hostile with loud music,public urinationdespite the toilets litter and smoking. Hardly a relaxing area..
It has a playground, lots of green areas for picnics in good weather and toilets too. It has plants everywhere great to take pictures. It has a basketball field and football fields perfect for school's sports day. It's next to Hackney farm and it's possible to see animals. It's friendly for dogs too. There is a Sainsbury supermarket nearby on hackney road.
Nice park with plenty of open space. There is a large grass area, cricket strip and kids' playground. There are also astro pitches but you have to pay to use those. Playground: Great playground for the kids, looks fairly new
Been going to this park for years. And seen all the changes it's been through. Loads of people visit over all the seasons. But is still feels like one of east London's best kept secrets. Something for kids, dogs, runners, walkers or people who genuinely like a good London park
Gorgeous park, with a really fun and interactive farm. The animals are all friendly, clean, and adorable! Lots of people were petting the animals as well, but they're just as fun to watch. One goat sounds scarily human! Playground: The playground was clean, gated and looked like children were really having fun! Dog-friendliness: very dog friendly -there were lots of due around.
Amazing little park...Go and visit Hackney City Farm and The Frizzante Restaurant which is at the back of Haggerston Park....
One of my favourite parks. It's usually a hive of activity with joggers, dog walkers, people playing sports. It is also right next to the city farm which is great for kids. I would highly recommend visiting here when you are in the area. Also great for picnics.
A lovely clean park to spend your time in! Very dog friendly too!
We visited Columbia Flower Market and were looking for a park to relax and have a picnic. Haggerston park is perfect, just 7 minutes walk. It has lots of different areas, facilities, clean toilets and shops nearby to buy food or snacks!
