We have just come back from a lovely stay at Haddon End. A wonderful house that instantly felt very warm and homely. Bedrooms are each a good size and with 2 bathrooms, 1 on-suite and a downstairs cloakroom, it was no problem for our party of 10 plus a baby. The kitchen and lounge area's were also a good size and able to comfortably seat us all. The kitchen was fully equipped (and I mean fully) with plenty of plates, mugs, cutlery and all the kitchen gadgets you could want. A real bonus as many places you go sometimes do not even have the basics. The gardens were HUGE and beautifully kept with a BBQ area, seating and also a football/rounder’s pitch. Tucked away from the world, this house is an amazing place to come and relax, enjoy the sunshine and good company. Lars and Angela were exceptional hosts, welcoming us with a scone, cream and jam. We will be making this an annual stay, looking forward to it already.
