Masons have managed 2 funerals for our family sunce 201l  the most recent yesterday 24th April .The care and attention they give is exceptional. From the moment they are involved we have felt as a family confident that everything would be carried out properly and with such respect. Masons go over and above nothing is too much trouble:their attention to detail is amazing.Thank you everyone at Masons you are a brilliant and special team.

The loss of my beloved dad, my darkest and lowest days and weeks. A funeral felt like a monumental task, I’d never had to organise one before, but from the moment I phoned Amy in the office I was taken care of, she knew her job well and was a genuinely kind and caring lady. Amy would talk me through every step, all at my own pace. My mum spent a week in hospital, so things were delayed, but Amy still was a comforting voice at the other end of the phone, concerned for us all. 5 weeks later my dad was laid to rest. Craig, head man on the day, looked after all the family at the private funeral, extremely professional and another genuinely kind man, nothing was ever too much trouble. 
I can’t rate Masons highly enough, kindness throughout, extremely professional, like a family.  I will use Fenny Stratford ‘branch’ again because sadly there are two certainty’s in life, paying taxes and death, so inevitably in time I will use their services again! 
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,    a particular thank you to Amy, Craig and Darren, I wouldn’t have got through it as well as I did without your kindness, I’m truly thankful x

Highly recommended. Looked after our family at the saddest of times. Nothing was too much trouble. I guess people don't really shop around for funeral directors - we didn't, but the total cost was less than we feared it might be. Felt there was total honesty in handling donation monies etc. Very friendly, supportive and respectful staff who are clearly used to dealing with distressed people
