Ben and his team were absolutely brilliant dealing with my fathers funeral nothing too much trouble everything done professionally and thoughtful to us all. No hesitation in recommending them at all.

We were delighted with the service that Heritage & Sons provided us at a very difficult time.  Friendly, professional, helpful and extremely attentive.  We felt reassured that our late Mum was in the best of hands and would be treated with respect and dignity.  Thank you to everyone at Heritage & Sons for all of your help and support, you made a difficult job much easier for us to deal with.  My brother and I would highly recommend your services to others.

My father passed away and being from Australia we had no experience of what it takes to organise funeral arrangements in the UK and especially what we would need to do repatriate my dad's remains. After doing our due diligence we settled on engaging Ben and the team at Heritage and Sons. We couldn't have asked for better service! They accelerated documents, worked hard with other service providers, did all the leg work in understanding 'export' requirements, physically rushed documents around and even came to our hotel after hours on a Friday to hand my dad back to me so that we could meet our travel deadlines. Less important, their fees weren't exorbitant! We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ben and his team.

Ben and his team were incredibly understanding at a difficult time, nothing was too much trouble I would recommend Heritage and Sons to anyone needing to make arrangements for a loved one

I couldn't recommend Ben, Emma and Kerri highly enough! Throughout the entire process they were always caring, attentive and full of empathy to our needs and requests.
They are all consummate professionals and their attention to detail is second to none, we couldn't have gotten through my mother's funeral without their support and my entire family will be forever grateful to them all.
