Called Sadie after the loss of our beautiful baby girl! Sadie could not have been more helpful. She sorted out all the arrangements for our little girls service, which turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much to such a lovely & compassionate lady. We would also like to thank John who delivered a beautiful service, saying the most lovely words for our beautiful girl. We can't thank you both enough. Kind regards

From our initial phonecall to enquire about my dads funeral to the collecting my dads ashes. Sadie has been amazing. The compassion and the expertise has been outstanding. Our sending off has been made so much easier. Would highly recommend anyone who had the unfortunate time to need this service use HW mason and sons. Thank you to all the staff xxx

We met Sadie and the team at Mason's under very difficult circumstances and I cannot praise them enough for their kindness and compassion. They went out of their way to accommodate our family's requirements and instinctively knew how important the small details were. I know that Sadie personally checked every detail twice on the day to ensure it went as I wanted. I would without hesitation recommend Mason's and thank them all for their professtionalism.
