Brilliant site. The staff are so friendly and helpful.  Makes a visit to the tip very easy I do like the booking process. All very organised.

Not sure why this service is getting more and more strict with whats allowed and the staff are becoming less accommodating and helpefull each time I go.i will be choosing somewhere else where they actually want to help you.

Currently clearing my Grandmother's house, so frequent trips here! The team who work here are AMAZING, helpful, friendly, polite, nothing is to much trouble. The site is spotless, well looked after. N Booking system works well

Great, no queue, but they are checking car number plates again, so you do have to book

SO easy.  From registering to the process of dropping stuff off itself, just first class. Been here on 3 separate occasions. So simple, great layout and staff bend over backwards to be helpful.  Most commercial companies could learn a huge amount about logistics and customer service from this site. Fantastic. You should be VERY proud...
