Customer service poor. 
Put me off spending my money with them.

Stay away from this shop, they made a mess on my wedding rings. I bought a pair of wedding rings online to be delivered all together but they did not. I needed to keep chasing as the rings never arrived when supposed to be . Finally they  delivered my fiancé ring  but  guess what - WRONG SIZE,  about my ring they disappeared with the order so I had to travel  to a  shop  to get one otherwise I would get married without my ring. Total nightmare and horrible customer service. H.Samuel never again.

Please dont buy anything from this shop , gift present whatever it is just stay away all they know is just to take your money you have been warned.

I can't describe how underwhelmed I am at the customer service and customer experience. Do they care? I wouldn't have thought so. Avoid at all costs if you want your item within 3 months
