I Went on a Sunday with a very particular order in mind. Zia was very helpful, and spent time showing me different options. In the end, he helped me in getting my own custom ring made. I was on a very tight time schedule and 5 days later my ring was ready to collect. More than happy with the ring and service received. Will definitely be going back, thank you.

Very kind and honest people was first my first time selling gold and I was quite upset that I had to sell it. However they gave a very good price, they were very helpful and considerate to my situation. Will be coming back again, if your looking to buy or sell gold I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff, they are so helpful, best price in whole area. Sold my gold there and got paid higher price than anyone in that area.  Got paid by bank transfer straight it away.  Definitely recommended!!!

Repairing team has done amazing job. Couldn't repair my bracelet elsewhere but that have done it amazingly perfect. I wasn't ready to sell it as it had sentimental value.

Amazing customer serviceee, Abrar Mustafa was so nice and sweet through out the service, showing us his best grillz and jewellery. Would highly recommend checking out his shop and Instagram @mjgrillz.

Their price is not as good as mentioned by other people . They ask high price at start and sell at high price. Same design at same day I found at less price from other shop.

Customer service is to the point, they treat you with respect definitely the best in Luton hands down. Compared to other jewellery stores there prices are much better than others. They even gave me an Eid discount . I actually highly recommend this jewellery store.

Excellent service, picked a white gold ring and told them to do a design I wanted and they done it perfectly, deffo recommend.
