I had my ears pierced about 8 weeks ago by a lovely women called Charlie, she really helped me pick the right earrings as I have had problems before. She made the whole process really relaxing, super easy and I left well informed on how to look after my ears and the piercings while they healed. Went back again today as I was struggling to get the backs off my earrings as they were on tight and Charlie was more then happy and able to get them off with no problems. Thank you Charlie!!
Avoid, my mum took a gold chain in to be repaired took just over a month it was £45 to repair. Collected and worn on two occasions and it broke again so returned to the shop only to be told this chain couldn’t be repaired as it’s to thin but wasn’t told this when they took the £45 the first time. So my poor mum left the shop with a broken chain and £45 pounds lighter. Really unfair
The staff was very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble meet you with a smile
They are a friendly bunch of staff and I was in a talkative mood but bless them they listened to me and that my purchases even more fun.

The wife and I bought gifts for each other for our silver wedding anniversary. The polite and friendly staff could not have been more obliging. There was no sense of being hurried and they took their time with us to ensure we were able to get what we wanted.
Bought a ring via the website. Was sent to store, but I tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched as no longer needed. Now they won't refund me even though I haven't had the ring. Tried calling their customer service number and they just hang up on you as they can't be bothered to answer the call. Terrible service. Avoid this store especially buying online. 4 days later, still no sign of my refund or getting it sorted by the company.
Just collected my pendant from this shop, the sapphire had fallen out and i wanted it repaired, it cost more to repair than buy a new one which i did on collection of my necklace it now has 2 big knots in the chain which the staff member said it was because it had come back in a bag. She didn't try to get the knots out or apologise just very matter of fact. Rubbish service
I took my watch into Samuels because a link in the bracelet had jammed. The assistant asked if I could give them 10 minutes for someone to look at it. When I returned they had released the link to make the watch wearable again at no cost, for which I was very grateful. Excellent service.
