I visited Ernest Jones in the hope I would find my engagement ring. I was greeted by Yvonne who took the time to explain to me the different types of rings and their qualities. She helped me to try on a number of rings until I found the 'one'! I returned the following week with my partner where again we received great service from Yvonne and also Wayne. Would highly recommend visiting this branch, the service was wonderful, you feel at ease, rather than pressured to purchase! Thanks both :
My wife and I visited the store and was greeted by Yvonne .. nothing was too much trouble.. the first visit we did not make a purchase but went back the following week .. Yvonne was patient and let my wife try on various rings , Yvonne’s professionalism was first class and her attention to detail was also outstanding. Can’t thank Yvonne enough for all her help
We had great service from Wayne when trying to find an engagement ring. Nothing was too much trouble, as we looked at lots, but ended back at the first one. Was ordered, and arrived at the store in record time. Picking up was easy and quick. All the staff was fantastic and very helpful, would definitely recommend if you want first class service. One happy fiancée, that’s all that matters.
Kiya served us today and was so fab, we purchased our wedding rings and had such a lovely, enjoyable experience. She was patient, attentive and very informative and we're so pleased with our choices! Thank you Kiya.
Really helpful shop and staff. Would highly recommend. Twice now, Wayne has helped with fitting new links to firstly, my Gucci watch plus adjusting the safety clip to be more secure and because of that I suggested my partner use him for his Omega watch which needed a new link to be fitted. On both occasions he did not want anything for his time and trouble. We shall definitely use this shop first, for any future purchases or for any adjustments if required. Thank you again Wayne.

Kiya and Wayne were very patient with my girlfriend and I and have been over the past year. Today I bought an engagement ring and wedding ring set. Customer service was exceptional.
Very helpful and kind staff, the shop is always spotlessly clean. Had a few issues with my engagement ring, Wayne was very helpful and helped resolve the issue whist having a good natter. Couldn't recommend the store enough.
We bought an eternity and wedding ring at the Fareham branch, the rings are lovely and I’m enjoying wearing them,but also I have to say that we were advised and helped by the nicest and most professional staff, I cannot recommend enough Ernest Jones in Fareham.
Yvonne and Wayne were very helpful! Very friendly and professional, I would recommend this store for the customer service!
