DO NOT RECOMMEND! My insurance processed my claim and put my repairs through this company, from then it all went downhill and I would not recommend any part of their service. First my insurance said they will be in touch regarding dates to collect and drop of the courtesy car, which they never did so I had to ring them. That’s when I first spoke to the recpectionist who seems to think she’s better than everyone else including a customer. I was told that the pick up van wasn’t available and they would have to drive my car away. The next day they then turned up in the pick up van and the driver said he had no clue why she said that. The guy who collected my car didn’t check for any marks before hand on the courtesy car and when he saw mine he quoted “oh yeah that’ll be fine to repair, the light smashed just makes it look worse” however it then turned out to be a write off. This is then when things went worse, the receptionist rang me to inform me it was a write off and then asked what I wanted to do about it, as I had never been in this situation I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do. After explaining I won’t be collecting anything from the car they then demanded I returned the courtesy car too them which was a 45 minute drive away. In the same sentence they explained to me that I wasn’t insured anymore due to my car being a write off so can I now return the courtesy too them! After arguing backwards and forwards I informed them I will not be taking the car too them and it’s ready to collect whenever, which the receptionist then said “fine we will collect tomorrow” but had no idea what time, however the same following night at 6:30pm which is past their closing time, they came knocking on my house door with no I.D saying we are here to collect the courtesy car. At this point I couldn’t believe how many issues I had with the company but at the same time I was relieved to know I will not have to deal with them again. If anyone is thinking of using this company I would strongly urge you to think twice before going any further, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

H Samson Ltd, Awesome customer service, the office staff were polite and helpful, they kept me informed throughout the repairs, offered advise and sent me text to tell me when the car was in the garage and when it was almost complete. The car feels solid in transit and the stuttering I had, has completely gone. Great mechanics and all round amazing staff. I highly recommend them.

💥💥👎🏻ZERO STARS👎🏻💥👎🏾💥AVOID AVOID AVOID TERRIBLE SERVICE, STAFF LOOK AT YOU LIKE THEY HAVE STOOD IN EXCREMENTAL WASTE. The staff expected me to tell them what needed fixing on my car, I’m a driver not a mechanic or body shop worker. overpriced repairs and MOT Charges, Take your car to Blackrod mot centre for best service. The only reason my car went to this MOM & POP outfit is because my insurance took it there after an accident.🤬🤬👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏻👎🏻💥👎🏻 The only reason this cowboy outfit is still going is because they are as corrupt as the insurance companies themselves. In future if I need any repairs done to my car I will rather recover it to lands end than take it to this place.. AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This company is one of the best , if not the best in the north west,. All the mechanics are trained to the highest standard,.

Requested a quote for some basic service work (change brake fluid and front brake pads) - they quote me £170. When I was told by my friend who is a mechanic that this quote was massively overpriced I advised Samson I would look elsewhere; they rang back within 5 minutes offering to do it over £50 cheaper. I felt like they attempted to exploit me as a customer - not recommended. In the end the work was completed elsewhere for £80
