I bought my car from RRG and after a crash, I wanted it repaired by them as they are an approved Toyota repair centre, I can't recommend RRG Accident Repair Centre enough, customer service from start to finish was excellent, from booking my car in to having it collected, repaired and returned, looks good as new!
I had my Toyota Yaris repaired at the RRG repair centre at Bolton. They have done a fantastic job. The staff members were very friendly, helpful and trustworthy.Service: Body & Trim
Excellent all round service from this company after a recent accident. Our Toyota Chr car was new in January this year and sadly damaged in March. Our insurance company's recommended body repair shops were unable to effect any repairs until July ! This was unacceptable in our view. Our preferred option was always to have it repaired by the main dealer from whom we had purchased the car and knew they could do the work in a much quicker time frame at their purpose built and well equipped RRG body shop in Bolton. With the help of their engineer, Martin, we eventually got Aviva to agree to the repairs being done there. The work was done whilst we were away on holiday and not only did RRG collect the car, they also delivered it back to us on our return from the holiday. The quality of repair they carried out is absolutely first class. The car is back to its brand new condition and you are unable to tell that any work was done. If we had been forced to await for the insurance companies own recommended repairers to do the work we would still be waiting now and for another month to come !! Really good. Was easy to call up an enquire about my vehicle and they even dropped it off to my house whilst I was away. Quality of work is also really good.
It was kind of difficult to find but once you follow the navigation, it is right ahead of you with the entrance on the left. I saw Wayne, one of the estimators and they were excellent. Quick and straightforward. Joanne, behind the desk was the star. Welcoming, helpful and has provided great customer service. Thank you to both.
