Very friendly staff and great products in store as well as online. Had great product knowledge and they were very helpful with my purchase

Customer service was exceptional and the prices are very competitive. Knocked down a star as I was sold a product that was incompatible with the tool I was purchasing it for and I relied on the knowledge of the customer assistant, which in hindsight was not a wise decision.

Better than cooksons for tools

first use of website was infuriating but good once it got working although choosing items is quite clunky, order arrived fast but incomplete when i finally managed to order. quick ohone call to customer service and missing items arrived next day. bad website, great customer service.

Very convenient, and have always found what we needed here. Staff are well-informed and helpful.
