I felt extremely uncomfortable, starting off the journey by asking me what size feet I am ( if that wasn’t enough to make me uncomfortable ) the driver then proceeded to ask me what I want to do after I finish college, I went on to say a police women, the driver then was disgusted, telling me I’m a ‘wrongen’ and that it’s disgusting, the driver then told me (shouted) to get out of the car when I was about a mile away from my destination. I would have rather walked.

Used this taxi firm to take me back to Taunton last weekend, the guy on the phone said it would be £30, and the driver charged me £50. He said if i didn't pay it then he'd call the police!!!!!

My mum booked a taxi to take herself and 3 friends to her 70th birthday party.
The taxi never showed up and when she called to find out she was told there was some confusion about the address.
Nothing else was offered and she ended up driving herself and her friends to her own party.
This is an unacceptable way to run a business not happy atal about this.

What's the point in advertising open 24hrs when you can't get through at least update it so it says the times your open

All the other taxi's were saying 1hour,  H cabs came in 20mins. Very good service
