The lady’s on the phone are nice but What’s the point of booking a taxi if is half an hour late, and it didn’t happen just once.not reliable at all, don’t use their service only if you are willing to get where u have to 1-2hours late lol
Brilliant service. New Year's eve can be a bit of a lottery when it comes to taxis. We weren't let down. Great service. Friendly driver. Great stuff
I booked a taxi today to sainsburys as wanted to withdraw some money before catching coach , i was told it would be at mine for 1.05pm my coach was after 1.30pm taxi arrived 1.50pm as driver went for dinner 1st, hence i missed my coach, so tired of this company forever being late even though they merged with another company which should have made them bigger and better, I had the choice of 2 companys before merger now this is the only 1 and dont they know it .
Always a great service when I have used them, very friendly and polite drivers and generally the wait time is not that long depending on the time of day. Although saying that I have gotten taxi's during school pickup hours and only had to wait 10-15 minutes, to get a taxi despite this being one of the busier periods.
Very rude staff. Not bothered about their clients at all. Hours wait time. And when speaking to intoxicated clients they are not bothered about their well being at all
Very Rude the man I spoke on the phone, he didn't even told me he has book the cab and put the phone down on me. And than he is shouting that he is all by itself like this is my fault.the man rudely told me maybe I want to walk . My partner has called back and he is not foreign and asked why he has been rude to me and he denied all saying it was not him while he told me earlier it is only him working that day.i will never use this company I hope people will stop using terrible services Like this as I been reading to other people experiences this company seems to be very racist !
Friday 16th December 2022 I booked this firm a month ago to pick me up and gave them a time to pick me up which I was waiting outside the cold in the dark for 35 minutes I Tried to call them which no one picked up the phone , and a nice guy at the pub who knows someone in Broadway taxi would come and collect me . I think if it wasn't for him god knows what would of happened . Your company should be ashamed of your self a young girl on her own waiting for a taxi . This will be the last time I go with you.
Fabulous service. Taxi from Rugby club to North Petherton lovely driver, arrived quicker than expected and really friendly polite service .
Quick service and friendly driver. Felt looked after and safely delivered home
Can’t book taxis for the next morning, I was told “I can’t prebook taxis”…. Ridiculous when you need to ensure getting to work or using trains etc.
