Absolute disgrace, drivers drive around making rude hand gestures to other road users. When I call the office to make a complaint twice only to have the phone hung up both times. Has to better, more polite taxis ferms out there. Feel sorry for the decent taxi drivers out there who have been given a bad name because of these disgraceful drivers that are giving a bad service for paying customers.

Had a good experience getting a taxi when no other taxi company could pick us up from a wedding in Holford. Turned up 10 mins early and driver happily waited while we said our goodbyes. Driver was chatty, and friendly and the booking staff were helpful. Only reason for not 5 stars is because I asked for an estimate before confirming the booking and was estimate £30-£35, and the total was £45 so had to grab more cash. But not the end of the world. Overall very good. Just need to work on calculating the estimates. Better to over estimate than under! Thanks guys!

Once I got onto vehicle, I was asked if I have money on me which I find upsetting. The driver doesn’t know where she is going. Even though she can use GPS for help, she did not and that led to more traveling distance and hence more fares.

Do Not Use!!!! WE NEED UBER IN SOMERSET. Would be zero stars if you could. I was wary as the rating on this outfit was so low- now I know why.
Wanted to charge £35 for a 7min/3mile journey. Nice taxi driver (but drove with phone in his hand and twice tried to pull out into oncoming cars!) had been told to turn off the meter ( we were told on phone meter would be running so don't be late). When we phoned the office from the car, lady hung up on us.
Total cowboys-never again.

Absolute Disgrace none of the drivers wore seat-belts, I would strongly recommend you avoid this company. If i could give half a star i would.
