Our second trip to this lovely hotel and just as good as ever. In a beautiful setting overlooking Camaes Bay, the view for our bedroom was stunning. All the staff are friendly and attentive. Lovely breakfasts, great choices and the evening meals fabulous. Great menu and good wine selection. We enjoyed the special French evening last week. We will definitely return again next year. This hotel is a hidden gem. 5/5.
Lovely hotel with a small caravan site just below where we stayed on a hardstanding fully serviced pitch. Good TV and 4g. We spent most of the evening in the bar and enjoyed the quiz night enormously. We didn't eat there but the food looked and smelled delicious. I'm afraid we did sample one or two beers, or maybe more though! Short walk or cycle into the town with its lovely beaches and harbour.
Location was amazing. I honestly cannot praise the staff enough for being super helpful, welcoming and friendly. I found the place really quaint. Super clean. The restaurant served incredible food, and the service was truly excellent. We were not waiting for anything. I really enjoyed my stay here and will absolutely be coming back again.
We stayed in the small touring park that’s owned by the hotel after Christmas & over new year. Setting,food & drink excellent,really nice friendly staff & management,family run & they go that extra mile to make sure you feel welcome & enjoy your stay. Nice to support a genuine local business,highly recommended.
Gorgeous Sunday dinner. I had the lamb and my husband had the beef. A good selection of veg and lovely tender meat with a huge homemade Yorkshire pudding. Dog friendly and good service.
Me and my fiance went for a date night meal here yesterday. We ordered beef and lamb roasts. The food arrived cold, bland and unfortunately the beef steak was like eating rubber, the lamb was softer. During the dinner none of the waiters came up to ask how our meal was and unfortunately nothing was done to rectify the situation. When we asked for the bill, the waiter asked how our meal was and when we explained, all we got was 'i am terribly sorry'. Very disappointed with out experience and won't be coming back again.
stayed at the campsite nice clean pitch with electric and own water tap, toilets and shower was very good and clean food was amazing in the bar as were the staff we loved the private path to the beach only a 5 minute walk a real gem of a place
Had a loverly lunch here, new summertime menu launched, I had a Thai curry, my wife had John Dory, both excellent with great service, our dog loves it here too.
We had sea bass on the specials menu. It was up there on the best meals I've had and I'm am very fussy when it comes to food. Very reasonable price. Deserves 5 stars.
Arrived after 8pm to use the motorhome park. It was pitch black and even with lights it was impossible to see the turn off. Caused hundreds of pounds of damage to the rear of my motorhome. The hotel manager is incompetent and rude and I wouldn't recommend this motorhome stop over to anyone. Not if you value your motorhome
