Today I purchased a beautiful Gibson LP standard from Mark, brilliant service, had a one to on appointment with him, his knowledge and experience is second to none. His shop is full of fantastic top quality guitars, so if your in the market for a quality guitar, give him a call, you won't be disappointed.
I have purchased and sold high end quality guitars over the last 12 years from Mark Hopkin at Guitars4you with a total value of over £20k. Totally professional, scrupulously honest, very knowledgeable and a total pleasure to deal with. One of the best guitar dealers anywhere. Buy with total confidence.

One of the best guitar shops in the country in my opinion run by a person whose knowledge and experience of the trade are second to none. I have bought two superb guitars from the shop which opened especially for me to buy one of them despite being officially closed that day. The guitars are in immaculate condition without a trace of dust and no finger marks to be seen. The strings are always new. In other words the guitars can give of their best when tried. When you have finished trying out an instrument it is cleaned before being put back on display. I have always found advice is freely available and Mark, the owner, is responsible for transforming a good Epiphone of mine into an excellent instrument as a result of his judicious choice of replacement pickups. An excellent place to go to buy your future favourite electric guitar.
Popped in on the off chance regarding a wider necked electric guitar, although he was busy, Mark took the time to speak to me and give me some helpful advice. He has a great selection of guitars and I look forward to purchasing one or two from him in the future.
I have done many deals, always good and fair with Mark. His knowledge is extensive, apart from knowing where the kettle is. I’m sure we’ll do business again just as soon as he has something I want need.
I took Mark Hopkin's advice just over two years ago, when taking up the guitar for the first time as an "over 50 first time player". The advice on a choice of instrument was impeccable, and as time passes, the more I realise this. Mark also put me into contact with a tutor, some time later. Another successful result. I recommend Guitars4You unreservedly. What else can I say?.
Great shop owned and run by a musician who know his stuff. Great range of electric guitars and associated gear.
This is a specialist music shop,so much so I wonder where and what its market is;I am intrigued but feel a nagging question concerning money,its provenance and laundry.I have contacted this shop on three seperate occasions about different instruments and have been brusquely,one time rudely dismissed;on three occassions I have been sent elsewhere.When I enquired about a saxophone I was clearly in the wrong area - the sign was metaphorically indicated;my mistake.But I have since contacted them about acoustic and electric guitars and been similarly rebuffed.What is going on here,is the guitar retailing industry that lucrative that potential customers can be dissed?
Great selection of guitars at good prices. Highly recommend this shop.
