Our first time using Guide Bridge Garage and won't be the last. Our engine warning light came on and our usual garage couldn't do any diagnostics for 2 weeks! Unable to use our car I called Guide Bridge and took car on same day. After couple of checks problem found resolved and we now have car back. Costs kept reasonable too. We were kept informed in detail all the way through. Staff are lovely and we happy and able to go on holiday next week without hiring a car! Thank you Guide Bridge for your help
These guys are amazing!! quick and responsive I had just got my car back last week due to having it in another garage 4 months ago, needed MOT doing, quick and easy good for pricing, very friendly! and talkative told me what's wrong with the car, had pre MOT done so understood what was wrong, was quick in and quick out, will be coming here a lot of the time if my car needs anything
I am a woman who is not familiar with cars, having recently arrived in the UK. After encountering car tire issues twice, I came to this shop where the staff generously offered their help without hesitation. I highly recommend this place, although I do not know their names, I am very grateful to them.
I have used this particular garage for years now. I have always found the service to be great, with detailed explanations prior to agreed work being carried out. A recent addition in the last couple of years has been texts prior to MOT. And photographs at MOT if any problem areas identified. The fact that it is always full and they have a contract with BT for all their vans gives an indication of the quality of work and level of service they provide.
Excellent service as always. Thanks Adam and the team, changing spark plugs seems to have solved problem on the Kia. Also found there was a screw/nail embedded in one of the tyres so Phil has had that repaired too.
Car was booked in for MOT at the last minute due to personal circumstances and I cannot fault how helpful and friendly the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure my car passed its MOT in time for the bank holiday weekend. They were very thorough in letting me know what needs/ needed doing and my car did feel better when I was driving it home. Thank you.

Adam is really informative and keeps you up to date with your repairs. He explains everything fully and they even provide full breakdowns with photos of test results. Faults etc. They are rated a good garage for women to take their car to which is why I take mine there. They are NOT like some other garages which think you are not worthy of an explanation of what actually wrong with your car because In their minds you wouldn't understand any way so just take your money. So thanks Adam and the team at Guide bridge services.

Friendly staffs always provide professional advice and service. 24/2/2023:Thank you for fitting my Audi four new tyres with excellent service and price.
Had a very positive experience with Adam & the team. It’s quite apparent they will go the extra milenot literally! to sort any problems with your car and find a solution. If I have issues in the future, I would be more than happy to go back as I have confidence that they would not be happy themselves until they had sorted the issues. Thank you for a positive experience.
