Terrible products, Terrible quality.I will never buy something else in there and not recommend to anyone. Bought a t-shirt today after 5 minutes couldn't return ???? Before a year a leather jacket, after 2 weeks the zip was not working properly the manager explain me they can not do nothing. I don't know what to say.
What an absolute delight!!! Adored this shopping experience. Gareth and his team were so welcoming and extremely helpful. The shop was organised and everything so well presented. Left the store laden with gorgeous purchases … spent way more than I’d intended but thrilled with everything. Gareth is an amazing brand ambassador… can’t wait to return!

Went in On Saturday 4th Feb to buy a tracksuit and had a speedy efficient service from finding what i wanted to payment with the assistance of staff kindly helping me out and telling me what was offer. Great staff and many thanks to the manager!
Above and beyond staff, I am American so they did an amazing job at helping me with sizes and things like that! I am also plus size and while they don’t specifically deal in plus, some of their clothing is made for oversized fit and looks amazing! Especially those sweater collection I bought like 5 so it’s absolutely worth taking a look and seeing if they have anything that is right for you. The staff was funny and does a wonderful job and the shop is extremely trendy. The clothing is made well and worth the money even tho the prices can be a bit on the higher end. 100-180 for some shirts and jackets but they are absolutely made to last
Absolutely fabulous service from warm and friendly staff. My daughter and I were served by Daveen when purchasing a skirt, then my husband went back to purchase a leather jacket. Daveen went out of her way with a friendly manner to serve us all with the best offer. Thank you.
I just wanted to e-mail to thank two of your staff - Georgia and Jay - for their excellent customer service last Thursday. My Mum and I went to Gun Wharf for an impromptu visit, late afternoon. We weren't looking for anything in particular - just going to have a wander and look in some shops. Having had a fairly mediocre experience in the previous shop we'd just been in, we decided to go to All Saints. I've been an All Saints customer for years and always find it to be a nice experience in the stores. We weren't disappointed. Georgia and Jay - the two members of staff serving - were so lovely and welcoming. My Mum is turning 70 later this year and they welcomed her in the same way they would someone in their 20's and were so kind and helpful to both of us. We must have been there for a good 45 minutes - trying various things, chatting and having a lovely time. Georgia and Jay were incredibly helpful without being pushy and made the whole experience an absolute highlight of our trip. My Mum tried on a beautiful dress - which looked stunning on her - and she went on to buy. I also bought a dress and top. People are always quick to complain about shops, but less quick to give praise. If you have any sort of reward programme for excellent customer service I would love these two to be considered for it.
As a fan of the allsaints brand I found this outlet to be very good, with a large selection of quality products at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and welcoming Would definitely shop here again
Has good collection but didnt find my size on all three items i was looking for. May be because it was end of sale season so they have lower inventories
Perfect. As I managed to pick up my fav leggings for half price. And the assistant that helped me was so helpful and found them straight away.
