I would highly recommend Gareth and his team, from our first meet to obtain a quote Gareth was so friendly. He was so helpful in dropping off more boxes when required. On the actual moving day the timings went exactly to Gareth’s predictions, and the day went so smoothly. After all the stress of the house sale it was such a relief. A fantastic professional service from GTB from start to end.
Convenient appointment for the valuation (the only company to turn up to the appointment on time as well!), and competitively priced.

It took us a long time to actually fix down a completion date with our chain, and Gareth showed lots of flexibility (and patience!) in re-arranging a number of times. Great communication throughout.

On the move day, the van turned up exactly on time, and Gareth and Rich worked incredibly efficiently to get the van loaded, working around us as we finalised last minute packing. Little input needed from us, but again great communication.

Unloading was equally efficient, with the guys showing lots of initiative, even correctly placing in rooms the items which we hadn't clearly labelled (they seemed to have kept a mental map of the room where each box had been picked up from in the old house!).

No damage to either house or our stuff.

Finally, really great guys to spend a day with! The move day itself was definitely the least stressful part of the whole moving house process, thanks in a large part to GTB.

I couldn’t recommend GTB highly enough. From start to finish Gareth was so helpful and offered a competitive price for the removal service. The customer service we received was excellent, and Gareth made the stressful moving process that bit easier. I would definitely recommend using GTB for removals.

I highly recommend Gareth and his team at GTB Removals.  Having worked as a removal man in the past, I had high expectations.  I found Gareth to be very pleasant, the quote was reasonable and better than other quotes.  The service was spot on and our house move went so smoothly.  They really did take the strain for us.  If we ever decide to move house again, we'd use GTB without hesitation.

We used GTB services for a house move into rented and from rented to a brought property. It was a hectic time but the guys where fantastic, very friendly, professional and great willingness to accommodate your needs.  We are currently using a lock up storage unit too, which are clean and have easy access to. I would not hesitate to recommend GTB, if there was a 10 star scale it would be a 10!  just a big thank you to Gareth, Andy and team, we are now enjoying two weeks in cornwall to get over it x
