Shocking to say the least. Bluestone Transport delivered a T-bar row to my gym on 8th January 2016 that had clearly been damaged during transit. Just because a staff member signed for it before inspecting it they refused to accept responsibility. They never even got back in touch to apologise. As if we would deliberately damage a piece of equipment worth £768.00 ourselves and try and blame someone else. 

DO NOT SIGN FOR ANYTHING FROM BLUESTONE TRANSPORT BEFORE INSPECTING IT FIRST. 

They no nothing about customer care.
