Car went in for service and 2 issues, car returned but only one issue sorted, the fuel flap still not fitting correctly, after speaking to the garage I was told 'they have had a go to adjust it' when I said it is still not acceptable, I was told the car will have to go back again, why not fix it properly in the 1st place! Now more of my time wasted and theirs too.. nLater I received a call from the after sales manager who apologised the car was returned with a poor attempted repair, he offered to pick the car up and get it sorted, it went back on the 16th and was returned later in the day with the fuel flap fitting flush again, thanks for getting it right the 2nd time of asking.nPlease see photos of before and after.
Herman d'Souza was excellent from start to finish. Having found what I was looking for at another branch and arranged for it to be delivered to Houghton Regis where I had a test drive.nThen we determined the final details of purchase which I agreed to.I only picked up the car yesterday! Great customer attitude.nWould highly recommend to anybody.
Took my car in for first year service. Nice area to sit and wait in and told to help myself to refreshments. Was sent a video of my car being serviced while I waited and told of any extras I could have done if I wished. Greeted by the salesman who sold me car a year ago. Overall another very good experience. I’ve been with KIA for years and can’t fault them. Special thanks to Andy and Jordan.
Had a great experience buying my car, Herman is a absolutely fantastic sales person. Helping me every step of the way and even taking the time to test drive all the way to look at specific needs I had for a new car. 10/10 would recommend, and I look forward to my next car if it goes this smoothly!
Friendly staff Andy was very helpful gave me step by step of buying my Picanto . Happy to answer all my questions. Informed me of any new information on the delivery. Collecting car Andy came out and went through the controls. I wasn’t rushed he waited until I was ready to drive vehicle home. Excellent service
