There care for my sick dog was great but the lack of a modern records system cost me an insurance claim when they repeatedly did not pass on the information to my insurance company.

Took my very poorly dog to them at 5am on a bank holiday Monday and the service was about as good as it gets.  Fantastic staff who couldn't have done more to help

Highly recommended veterinary practice, staff excellent with all animals, parking is a bit difficult but there is a car park at the top of hall street which is a 2 min walk away
